CHARGES
All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, including backordered items.
Returns
Authorization (RGA) must be obtained in advance on all returns. A packing slip or invoice number must accompany the merchandise. No returns after 30 days from invoice date. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. All custom designed and custom manufactured gaskets are non-returnable. Only catalog parts are returnable.
Review your invoice and notify us immediately of any incorrect or inaccurate information. Shortages must be reported within 10 days.
SALES TAX
Add 7.25% Sales Tax on parts orders, shipping costs, and labor received in Ohio only.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
A $15.00 Service Charge is added to all accounts when a shipment is refused. All refused shipment charges must be paid in full before any future orders can be shipped.
CUSTOM ORDERS
All orders in which the gasket bore size and/or thickness are changed by the customer are considered custom orders. All custom orders are non-returnable.

ADD-ONS OR CHANGES TO AN ORDER
In order to maintain a timely order process and delivery no order cancellations or add-on orders will be accepted. All calls to add-on to an order will be treated as a separate order.
